Tuesday, October 12, 2021 - This is an aged, mellow pinot. No longer fruit forward but rather with preserved, currant like aromatics. Think dark purple fruits. On the palate those aromatics come through in flavor, coating your mouth in unctuous delight.
Not a light pinot but a mature, graceful beauty. The drinking window seems right so please enjoy!
