Sunday, December 25, 2016 - PnP. Light-Med straw in color. Pineapples and petrol on the nose. Honey, slate, and citrus (grapefruit) on the palate. Great acidity offsets the mild sweetness nicely, leaving a juicy finish that begs for another sip. Clean & focused with a light-med body.

Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Chianti Classico glass at 45F.
