Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Raspberry jam, Grenache spice, bacon fat make up the nose of this wine. Succulent, meaty and opulent on the palate with excellent structure, a lot of things seem in place in this wine. The most important part for me however is the presence of ripe jammy Grenache fruit that is nicely lifted by Mourvèdre and Syrah.
This is fully mature but still has a number of years to go. Very, very good wine if you like it modern and opulent.
