Sunday, December 28, 2014 - Took one for the team and didn't dissappoint. A little tight at first pour but decanted for two hours and it was starting to to evolve. Lots of stuff going on but just a baby. On a very positve note the alcohol was not noticeable which is a big plus to me. Nice drying tannins. Some cola, earthiness and restrained fruits
