Wednesday, May 16, 2018 - Justin is such a master at balance and restraint. Most wines that come out of Paso are so overblown and spiked with ABV. This effort is so juicy and full of red fruit. With a grilled Ribeye, it took on another dimension. Such a perfect combination of fat, fruit and tannin.
