Sunday, January 13, 2019 - The other tasting notes capture the flavor profile of the wine. It is drinking fabulously. We decanted the wine for 2 hours and started a dinner party with it (with appetizers), which was a big hit!! We then transitioned to a "heavier" white (2016 Rotie Grenache Blanc) and enjoyed it with seafood paella. We discovered that the red to white transition with these two wines was very well received.
