Wednesday, March 10, 2021 - 15% abv. Dark ruby, very aromatic. Ripe plum, white pepper, a bit of red cherry and menthol peaking out. Superb depth, length and focus. Extremely concentrated, but not heavy. This is just a wonderful wine, at or near its peak.
