Saturday, May 27, 2023 - Had with Sierra and Kevin.
95pts Sierra. Had with very rare ribeye, potato, corn on cob.

Sat upright on counter for 3 wks, careful to pour and avoid sediment. Decanted 30min.

Sierra (my wife) loved the wine! One of her favorites!
