Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Beautiful colour, quite a gentle red with significant bricking. Great legs.
Fragrant nose with some savoriness.
It's quite evolved on the palate, some trace of plummy, cherry fruit but now lots of tertiary notes.
There's good acidity and, when provoked, a healthy dose of tannin.
It's certainly ready to drink and there's good structure to keep it going but I assume it will get increasingly evolved.
