Thursday, September 7, 2023 - Incredible nose with layers of lemon notes, flint, popcorn, apple, smoke, and flowers. Good acidity with a bit richer but perfectly balanced flavors of lemon, citrus, green apple, and more smoke on the palate. Very long finish. Absolutely outstanding Chardonnay. Super complex and deep and extremely enjoyable and drinkable at the same time. Probably close to peak right now.
