Thursday, December 7, 2017 - Polished and precise, this was unsurprisingly the best wine of the night. This wine has crystalline purity, enticing cinnamon nose, and a tremendously long finish. I expect more nuance to develop in time, so as great as this was, I am expecting it to reveal much more in 6-10 years, and hold for a long time. A great privilege to drink this regal Montrachet...
