Tuesday, August 9, 2011 - Closed down at the moment. Muted nose. Alcohol and some faint dark purple and black berries. Hints of licorice, coffee and some black olive savory essence as well. Touch of green bell pepper. Let this rest for at least 3 years. Promising but hard to tell at this dumb stage.
