A sharp, pruney finish I neither understood nor enjoyed took three and a half days of air to relax and integrate; and only then did this confess the port it could be. Now deep and dark, and slightly drying despite how juicy, it still ends with a hint of sezchuan bark and should not be enjoyed with fewer than several days' air. update: Even better six days in! 90+
