Sunday, April 27, 2008 - Decanted at cellar temperature for 3 hours and then consumed. Sweet nose of strong raisin with very subtle cherry. Not overly complex of the palate with a very pleasant long, sweet finish. Some subtle heat at first, but this disappeared fairly quickly. Excellent.
