Drank this one over 4 days and it was as fresh on day 1 as on day 4. Dark golden color with a deep honeyed jasmine nose that hints at the layers and body of the wine. Tart apple with a honeyed touch that reminds me of a similar taste that I’ve had with a deposed substance but this has a persistence on the palate without the bubbles. It has a full body on the palate that finishes every time with an almost matchstick acidity. Can’t get enough of this and it was a sad moment when I had my last sip. If anyone has any they no longer want to drink please let me know!
