Monday, April 10, 2017 - Mineral nose - pure wet slate, green apple and white peach, lime and a hint of fresh herbs, without any sulphury oddities. Feather-light taste with low alcohol, brilliant acidity, pretty intense flavours, and perfectly understated sweetness (probably around, or just below, 30 g/l). The dry-ish balance finishes on the tingling acids, not on the sugar. Just lovely!
