Saturday, December 10, 2011 - A darker and a much fuller bodied claret. Oaky and earthy undertones, with flavors of spicy black and redcurrant, dark berries, plum, and dark, minty, chocolate. Chewy and meaty tannins which seem to subside with decanting and pouring through a Venturi. Long, full finish with notes of expresso.
