Friday, October 7, 2022 - Dark ruby with the tiniest of brown edges.
An amazing nose of paprika, smoke, grilled beef fat and dark berries.
The palate is cassis, black berries, cedar and loads of other dark fruits.
The finish is looong with a slightly green edge that indicates a wine in its prime, fully ripe but with 10+ years of vigor still left. Drink now-2032.
