Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Drink now, but still drinking well. High acid, medium tannin and body. 15 minutes in glass opened up with bright strawberry, cherry, cranberry, and red currant. Spicy notes of cedar, coffee, and dark chocolate. Wonderful.
