Tuesday, March 23, 2021 - Reticent nose of oak, flowers and green herbs, tightly focused. Add berries and autumn leaves on the palate and long finish. Perfect balance, and as big and rich as Cristom gets, which is to say not very. A Burgundy grand cru class WV pinot. Somehow manages to be subtle and attention-getting at once. Superb now, and probably no hurry.
