Sunday, June 26, 2016 - Elevensies with Patrick (Grape Smuggler at Liberty Station): Honeyed, sweet, candied bouquet. Much like a Sauternes dessert wine. In the mouth this is the complete opposite. Clean, bone dry, showing exceptional length and tremendous focus. This is a serious wine.
