Friday, August 25, 2023 - This bottle was decanted for 20 minutes and was almost as expressive as our previous bottle back in Nov. '21.
A clear straw yellow in the glass. Lemon, minerality and a touch of honeysuckle on the nose. The medium to plus bodied palate showed lots of lemon (juice and creme) and minerality, along with some green apple and white peach, with nicely balancing acidity. Overall, the wine is a pleasure to drink, and should hold for several years to come.
