Monday, August 22, 2022 - I am a bit of a scratched record in lauding the virtues and relative affordability of Wiliam Fèvre in a highly priced white Burgundy market, but once again this is a winner. It still has a high level of acidity and is going to improve, but with a couple hours of aeration it is already singing. Citrus and stoney notes are prominent with a razar sharp palate and a spectacular finish.
