Thursday, November 23, 2017 - Brought for Thanksgiving dinner with family in Bend. Opened 90 minutes before dinner. Dark red in color. Cedar, leather and dark fruit in the nose. On the palate we have blackberries, dark plums, roasted meats, with some pepper and other spices and herbs tingling the tongue. A very nice finish. Even though opened prior to dine. got better over time. Went well with many of the varied Thanksgiving dishes.
