Friday, September 2, 2011 - Drank at Bouchon in Napa along side a 03 Cheval blanc. Liked this one a little better, open, alive, with crushed granite interlaced with ripe berry fruit, layers of wood, spice, and earth, and a long finish. Very impressive. May be my favorite of the first growths.
