Saturday, April 16, 2016 - Rich golden-yellow in colour. Ripe apricots, honey, flowers, almonds on the nose. Layered and fine. On the palate rich with great weight and presence but incredibly well balanced for the vintage. Notes of marzipan, walnuts, caramel, spices, honey and wonderfully rich fruit. The acidity is a little low, but there is no impression of heaviness. Delicious and very very long. 95-97
