Thursday, June 5, 2008 - Powerful nose, with notes of peach, honeysuckle, melon, and spice. In the mouth, nearly overpowering, caramel, honey, toffee, with peach, melon and spice as well. Not cloyingly sweet, with a good "pop" of acidity to clear the palate at the end of the sip and ready your mouth for the next dose. Finish was everlasting; it seemed to set up camp in my mouth and stayed there all evening. Truly wonderful.
