Saturday, March 6, 2010 - Medium ruby garnet core, pale garnet rim. Sour red cherry nose, hint of vanilla, mineral and slightly earthy edge. Medium + bodied, fresh and a little firm, but with attractive pure red cherry fruit on the mid-palate with some mineral notes, a little short on the slightly dry, firm finish. May just need time to open out - worth leaving my last bottle 3-5 years to find out. 86 for now. (14% ABV)
