Friday, February 24, 2017 - Gave it around 3 hours of air to see if it would shake off the worrying Barnyard/mushroom aroma that always worries me with older wines. It didn't sadly and was there throughout. The fruit was disappearing - still some there but not enough to save it. A 2005 Brunello should be showing a lot better than this but this bottle was over the hill.
