Monday, January 13, 2020 - Opened this bottle and poured a small taste out of the gate - the nose was stinky and the profile was disjointed. After 45 minutes of air this bottle hit its stride - in a word, balanced. I see no reason to wait on opening this bottling unless you are looking for secondary characteristics.
