Wednesday, January 11, 2017 - Oak is integrated now into a savory core with lightly honeyed fruit. Pleasing rich texture. Some heat on the nose and finish across temperatures. Improved over three nights, gaining concentration and integrating further while heat dissipated. On the upswing.
