Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Sampled by use of a Coravin with the pour allowed to sit for two hours before consumption. Aged dark fruit gives way to the comforting taste of brown sugar and nuts. But it is the texture of this wine that is truly spectacular, thick but so lithe and caressing.
