Sunday, October 24, 2021 - Rome, Florence, Bologna - Delayed 60th birthday trip; 10/19/2021-11/1/2021 (Rome, Florence, Bologna): From the wine list at Roscioli Salumeria (Rome). Paired with Salumi, Buratta with white truffles and Bucatini Amatriciana. Not decanted per the recommendation of the sommelier. Earthy and red fruited, with some of the rose petal notes coming though. Open and enjoyable now.
