Wednesday, January 30, 2019 - Was all arms and legs after a two hour decant so I left it until the next day. Different animal. Some lovely Indian spice perfume to the aroma. There's teak, truffle, bitter chocolate and rose petals too. It is strong Barbaresco, with a palate that is dense and savoury. There's some tangy balsamic, leather and fig and a finish that is quite earthy.
