Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Classic Vouvray sec flavors and mouthfeel: green apples and wet stone with a clean, chalky finish and a nice smooth balance between the sweetness and acidity. Interesting saline, earthy green peas, and tropical hints add a bit of complexity.

Style & Quality: B+. Solid Vouvray, checks off all the boxes and adds some nice bits of complexity to boot.

Value: B+. $18.99 at Wine Authorities, would personally like to see this closer to $15 but it is a good deal if you are fan of Vouvray.

Overall: B+.
