Friday, July 13, 2018 - Just wonderful paired with roasted chicken. Classic Paso Grenache. Big mouthfeel with smoky, stemmy, chewy body backed by subtle deep fruit of plum, blackberry and black cherry. Smell of garrique, charcoal and subtle fruit. Must have been whole cluster fermented?
