Saturday, October 29, 2016 - Earthy and tannic in that particularly Umbrian fashion. Good to go on opening, the nose really shines with this wine. As the bottle warmed up over a couple of hours, the palate fell of a step, but was still lovely. Served with BBQ and fried chicken. Thanks, wine-strategies!
