Sunday, September 18, 2022 - Chocolate cover cherries with cassis, underbrush, graphite and tilled soil. Amazing depth and texture. Layers upon layer of goodness at age ten. Balanced and defined. Aromatically stimulating and thought provoking. This is my favorite Merlot from the valley. Good juice with five years of drinking pleasure in its future. Great juice.
