Monday, December 26, 2022 - Still young and fruitfull. Sitrus and minerality on the nose. Yellow fruits, turning to exotic fruits when its heated a bit in the glass. Medium aciditiy, medium body.
Was a great companion to halibut with a bittert sauce.
