Saturday, January 7, 2017 - Golden yellow colour. On the nose, chardonnay dominant profile. Buttery, yeasty, mineral, bready. On the palate - vibrant lemon zest, beautiful acidity, a touch of sweetness and bread. The texture is lovely. Still very fresh and alive. It's difficult for me to score this wine because I really have nothing else to compare it to. Paired with sushi.
