Monday, October 24, 2016 - Institute of Masters of Wine - 2012-13 Cabernet Sit-Down tasting (Hyatt, San Francisco): Also a tannic beast. Similar tightly-controlled but complex black fruit - layered and complex. Similar in structure but more tannic. Feels only around 14%. Again, like the 2012, it has power, freshness, elegance, length, and complexity.
