Saturday, October 22, 2016 - Was a good first experience. Was Tart and Tanic upon first open. Double decanted for and hour. Still wasn't giving up much. After 2-3 HR this really started to open and shine. Lots of cherry with some mellow earthy notes. Almost a milky quality on the palate.
