Thursday, November 23, 2006 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Gorgeous color in the glass. Gobs of berry flavor dominated by ripe raspberries (some cherry and strawberry in there as well). A touch of vanilla (from the oak?) and a bit of spice (want to say clove) round it out. The mouth feel was amazing, liquid velvet. Drank alone, not with food.
