Thursday, January 2, 2020 - lovely bright red, a little deeper than the 2009 Rupestre (from 60 year old vines). Here we have a similar red fruit, floral nose, a little deeper, more curranty ripe fruit, a deft touch of oak, almost no Nebbiolo tannins - this is like Nebbiolo meets Chambolle-Musigny in Burgundy but at half the price. they are not big wines, but beautifully made.
