Saturday, June 11, 2016 - Unlike any SB I've ever had. Predominant notes are honey and Jalepeño. Also lemon, floral, herbal, stone fruit, salty minerality. Gorgeous full body, crsip acidity, long lingering finish with the hot/sweet interplay lasting for quite a while. An intriguing wine!
