Sunday, August 22, 2010 - Note from what was left in the bottle after 24 hours. Nose seems a bit muted (as it was last night) with hints of licorice. Thick and a bit brooding on the palate. Some eucalyptus on the palate. Loads of fruit and tannins. This should age well.
