Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - Excellent bottle. Decanted & served over a 3hr dinner. Gained weight & complexity throughout the evening, exhibited all the characteristics of well-made Aligote; floral, slightly oily texture, mineral-driven, acid was very much in balance. A precise wine. In a beautiful spot right now but no reason to hurry on these.
