Saturday, August 7, 2021 - First of all… don’t wait much longer for consuming it. I believe it has reached a very good age and it could become dangerous to wait much longer. Nice deep yellow-greenish collar, long tearing. Nose is that of ripe fruits like pineapple with a very slight mineral tint. The taste is very surprising since it has a relatively strong wooden note, again pineapple very present but also somecitric and still fresh note. Overall I really really enjoyed that bottle… whish I had more… enjoy
