Monday, December 30, 2019 - Excellent. This was the last 2011 in our cellar, sitting within a Ca di Pian vertical. We pulled it out over the holidays given the CT drinking window is now closed. PnP and drank among 4 people over 60-90 minute period. Still holding a great balance of fruit and earth, still plenty of life. I would say it could have been held for another 2-3 years from now.
