Saturday, November 18, 2023 - OMG. This so delicious. Pure blackcurrant, blue plum, coffee grinds, truffle, mushroom on the nose. On the palate, so delicious now, really come around after many years so closed. Red fruits, smoke, fantastic acid fruit balance. Absolutely at its peak. I’m scoring high based on pleasure, rather than intricate complexity.
